Dr. Chinoy is a Senior Surgical Oncopathologist, formerly at the Tata Memorial Hospital where she was the Head of Department of Histopathology for several years. Presently, she is the Chief of Histopathology at the Prince Aly Khan Hospital.
Mr. Yezdi Malegam
Mr Malegam, a Chartered Accountant, has been the former Managing Partner of S. B. Billimoria & Co. and the former Co-Chairman of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants. He has also held the position of President of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the past.
He has been a member of the board of directors of several large public quoted companies and was a member of the Board of Directors of The Reserve Bank of India for over 21 years.
Mr. Nasser Munjee
Educated in the UK and the US, Mr. Nasser Munjee’s entire career has spanned the creation of financial institutions in India. His career began with the creation of the first mortgage company in India – the ‘Housing Development Finance Corporation’ (HDFC) where he was associated for twenty years, rising to be its Executive Director. He then moved on to create a new institution for infrastructure finance, which led to the creation of the ‘Infrastructure Development Finance Company’ in joint partnership with government and both domestic and international institutions, wherein he took over as Managing Director and CEO for seven years.

Dr. Avinash Phadke
Dr. Phadke, a MD Pathology, has over 30 years of practice in pathology services.
He is currently the President & Mentor – Pathology Services at Super Religare Laboratories Ltd.
He also holds the position of Director – India Venture Healthcare Fund and Director – Talwalkar. He is an Advisor to the Family Planning Association of India and a Member of Governing Board and Executive Committee at Prince Aly Khan Hospital.
Ms. Reshma A. Naidu
Ms. Naidu holds a post graduate qualification in Human Resources. She has over a decade of experience with the Aditya Birla Group in different capacities within the HR function. She was a member of the Governing Board of the Prince Aly Khan Hospital and the Chair of the HR Committee.
