Mr Malegam, a Chartered Accountant, has been the former Managing Partner of S. B. Billimoria & Co. and the former Co-Chairman of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants. He has also held the position of President of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the past.
He has been a member of the board of directors of several large public quoted companies &was a member of the Board of Directors of The Reserve Bank of India for over 21 years.
